M&T Construction Group built this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom property with double garage to the rear of a house we renovated 2 years earlier.

The team designed the house to fully utilise the limited site area and deliver a spacious 2 storey family home with Undercroft.

The Undercroft consists of Double Garage, Laundry & Office.

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms , bathroom/WC, theatre room, kitchenette & sitting room opening onto the honed concrete alfresco leading down to the pool.

With spectacular views from the top floor living areas, Kitchen & Master Bedroom overlooking Mindarie Marina to the South & Indian Ocean to the west it was a priority to maximise the view.

With limited space and a short time frame this was a challenging project, but M&T Construction Group managed to deliver from start to completion in just under 7 months.
